MP govt assigns new posts to 5 IAS officers, IAS Lokesh Kumar Jatav appointed Secy, Food & Civil Supplies

Bhopal: The government of Madhya Pradesh recently assigned new posts to 5 IAS officers. Following are the names and designations of the IAS officers:

• IAS officer Lokesh Kumar Jatav (2004 batch) has been appointed the Secretary of the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department. He was previously serving as the Commissioner of Commercial Tax, Indore, along with an additional charge of MD, MP Finance Corporation, Indore.
• IAS officer Swatantra Kumar Singh (2007 batch) will serve as the Commissioner of Commercial Tax, Indore with an additional charge of MD, MP Finance Corporation, Indore. He previously served as the Secretary of the Backward Classes & Minorities Welfare Department.
• IAS officer Anurag Chaudhary (2010 batch) is the new MD of MP Mineral Corporation, Bhopal and ex-offcio Additional Secretary of the Mineral Resources Department, with an additional charge of Director of Administration and Mining, Directorate of Geology and Mining, Bhopal. Previously, he was serving as the Additional Secretary of the Animal Husbandry & Dairy Development Department and the Department of Fishermen Welfare & Fisheries Development.
• IAS officer Sanjay Kumar (2011 batch) has been appointed the Additional Secretary of MP Secretariat. He was previously serving as the Collector of Sheopur.
• IAS officer Rajeev Ranjan Meena (2012 batch) will serve as the Deputy Secretary of the MP Secretariat. Preveiously he held post as the MD of MP Mineral Corporation, Bhopal and ex- officio Additional Secretary of the Mineral Resources Department, with an additional charge of Director of Administration and Mining, Directorate of Geology and Mining, Bhopal.

Additionally, IAS officer Anuj Kumar Rohatgi has received an additional charge of Collector, Sheopur.
