Dehradun: The Uttarakhand government recently saw a minor reshuffle. IAS officer Harishchandra Semwal, the Irrigation and Women Empowerment Department & Child Development, has been removed from all his charges due to the officer’s ailment.
IAS officer Chandresh Yadav from the 2006 batch, currently serving as the Secretary of Sanskrit Education and the Commissioner of the Revenue Council, has been given the added responsibility as the new Secretary of the Women Empowerment Department.
IAS officer Dr R Rajesh Kumar from the 2007 batch is presently posted as the Secretary of Medical Health and Medical Education, as well as the Commissioner of the Health and PD- UK Health System Development Project. He has been given the added responsibility as the Secretary of Irrigation & Minor Irrigation Department.
