New Delhi: In an exclusive interview with ANI, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed several important topics. One such topic was about the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in India’s future. He disclosed that his government is using AI to plan for the next 25 years.
PM Modi explained how AI is being integrated into the development of the 2047 Viksit Bharat project, which has been in progress for two years. Additionally, he mentioned engaging with over 15 lakh people, including universities and NGOs, to gather input on how they want to see the nation in the coming 25 years.
“I have taken suggestions of more than 15 lakh people on how they want to see India in the coming 25 years. Then I took the help of AI and classified it subject-wise. I did a lot of technology work,” PM Modi stated, detailing the process of collecting public feedback and using AI to structure it.
Explaining further, he added, “I made a dedicated team of officers in every department to work on this. How can it be done for the next term? For 25 years. And then I sat with them and they gave presentations for two to 2.5 hours.”
PM Modi also discussed his commitment to this long-term vision and revealed that he has given himself a target spanning the first 100 days in office if he is re-elected.
