Mumbai: Tarun Jha has been appointed as Head of Marketing for JSW Steel. He is a University of Allahabad alumnus who has a strong foundation in strategic planning and business administration, as well as an MBA. His areas of competence include strategic planning efforts and growth steering through creative consumer engagement.
Tarun Jha got his start in the advertising and client management industries at Mudra Communications Ltd. as an account executive. After that, he went to work at Ogilvy and Mather, where he improved his marketing abilities even further. After his time at Ogilvy and Mather, Jha held significant positions at numerous major corporations. He was employed by Videocon Group and Mahindra & Mahindra, where he worked on their marketing strategies.
At JSW Steel, Tarun Jha will be in charge of delivering value and driving long-term growth in the steel industry.
