Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh government has conducted a significant bureaucratic reshuffle, transferring 10 IAS officers. Chandra Vijay Singh has been appointed as the new District Magistrate (DM) of Ayodhya, taking over from Nitish Kumar.
Chandra Vijay Singh’s new role as the DM of Ayodhya is a crucial part of this reshuffle. Nitish Kumar, the outgoing DM of Ayodhya, has been transferred to the position of Commissioner of the Azamgarh Division.
Sujata Singh has been appointed as the Secretary of Urban Development, while Ajay Shankar Pandey has been moved to the position of Secretary of Agriculture. Vineet Kumar is now assigned as the Special Secretary of the Home Department.
Shashi Prakash Goyal has taken over as the Divisional Commissioner of Varanasi. Ravi Ranjan has been transferred to the role of Special Secretary of Revenue. Abhay Kumar Singh has been posted as the Additional Director of Administration in the State Health Department.
Nidhi Kesarwani has been appointed as the Chief Development Officer of Lucknow. Anupam Shukla has been assigned the role of Deputy Secretary in the Finance Department.
