Bangalore: Navi Finserv has appointed Anil Kumar Misra as the non-executive Chairman of its Board of Directors. Misra, a former executive director at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), brings extensive experience overseeing banking and non-banking financial institutions.
This strategic move aligns with Navi Finserv’s long-term goals of strengthening its risk management, corporate governance, and ethical practices. Sachin Bansal will continue as CEO, focusing on innovation and data-driven strategies to enhance credit accessibility.
Misra expressed his enthusiasm for joining the company by emphasizing the company’s potential to address financial gaps, especially in underserved segments. The firm said that his leadership is expected to guide the company in its next growth phase, using technology to expand its impact.
