Madurai: Infinx Healthcare, a leading provider of AI-driven solutions for healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), has announced the establishment of a new Center of Excellence in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The company is supported by global investors KKR and Norwest Venture Partners (NVP). The facility aims to drive advancements in healthcare RCM technology while creating significant employment opportunities. Over the next five years, the center is expected to generate 700 jobs in the local community, fostering high-quality employment and advancing local talent through strategic partnerships with educational institutions.
The Madurai facility will leverage advanced AI and automation technologies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of healthcare RCM processes for U.S.-based clients. This will enable healthcare providers to focus more on patient care. Infinx’s Managing Director, Sudeep Tandon, emphasized the company’s commitment to technological growth and community empowerment, stating that this investment aligns with Tamil Nadu’s vision for development and reflects Madurai’s strong local talent and supportive government infrastructure.
Through initiatives like the ACE (Associate Competency Excellence) program and GROW (Get Ready for Opportunities for Work), Infinx plans to prepare the new joiners with the essential skills required for RCM roles. Additionally, the company aims for 35% diversity within two years at the Madurai Center, enhancing inclusivity in the workplace.Â
