Chennai: Nissan Motor India has brought back Raja Naeem as the new Head of Marketing and Customer Experience. Naeem, who has over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, will focus on strengthening Nissan’s marketing efforts and improving customer engagement.
Before this, Naeem worked at Citroën India for two years, where he played a key role in building the brand’s presence in the Indian market. His career also includes working at General Motors and Datsun India. Naeem began his marketing journey with Ogilvy & Mather, gaining experience in brand strategy before moving into the automotive sector.
In his new role at Nissan, Naeem is expected to lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and expand the brand’s reach. His expertise in digital transformation and market research will be crucial as Nissan aims to boost its position in the highly competitive Indian market.
