Bengaluru: Infosys has partnered with Siemens AG to introduce artificial intelligence (AI) in corporate training, focusing on upskilling over 250,000 Siemens employees. The collaboration will integrate Infosys’ AI-driven learning tools into Siemens’ digital training platform.
AI-Powered Training for Siemens Employees
Siemens’ learning platform, My Learning World, will incorporate Infosys Topaz and Infosys Wingspan, both AI-powered solutions designed to personalise training. The AI tools will assist employees by providing instant answers, customised learning recommendations, and multilingual content.
A knowledge assistant will help users find relevant information quickly, while an AI content authoring tool will generate course materials in multiple languages. Additionally, a chatbot will guide employees through training modules and suggest further study materials.
Virtual Tutor and Adaptive Learning
A key feature of the AI integration is a virtual tutor designed to summarise content, translate materials, and adjust learning styles based on individual needs. The initiative aligns with Siemens’ broader strategy to enhance digital learning through technology.
Jenny Lin, Global Head of Learning & Growth at Siemens AG, said that the platform aims to support continuous skill development among employees. Jasmeet Singh, Executive Vice President at Infosys, noted that the partnership underscores Siemens’ efforts to improve learning outcomes using AI.
The collaboration highlights the growing role of AI in corporate training, as companies seek scalable solutions to workforce development. It also reflects a broader trend of businesses integrating AI into workforce training to enhance efficiency and adaptability. As digital transformation accelerates, companies like Siemens are leveraging AI-driven tools to provide employees with real-time learning support and personalised skill development opportunities.
