Sahdev Bhatt has been named Senior Director & Head of Talent Acquisition – SCO by the multinational shipping business DP World. He has over 16 years of expertise in the sector and joined DP World.
People strategy, business partnerships, talent acquisition, managing employee life cycle procedures, employee engagement, and talent management are among Bhatt’s areas of expertise.
Bhatt, an HRCP from TISS and a Certified HR Analytics from XLRI, has experience in a variety of industries, including heavy engineering, power and infrastructure, and automobiles.
Bhatt wrote on LinkedIn, “I’m excited to announce that I’m beginning a new role as Senior Director & Head Talent Acquisition-SCO at DP World.”
From September 2023 until January 2025, he served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Arcelormittal Nippon Steel before joining DP World.
