Mumbai: Infinx has acquired MedReceivables Advisor (MRA), a company specializing in pathology billing and revenue cycle management for hospital-based practices.
The acquisition is set to enhance Infinx’s capabilities in pathology revenue cycle solutions, adding expertise in coding, billing, and contract management.
Strengthening Pathology Revenue Cycle Services
MRA brings decades of experience in pathology billing, litigation support, managed care contracting, and payer contract reviews. The acquisition allows Infinx to expand its service offerings in key areas such as eligibility verification, denial management, and credentialing support.
Jaideep Tandon, CEO of Infinx, stated that the move aligns with the company’s goal of integrating technology-driven solutions to streamline healthcare payments. “MRA’s expertise in pathology billing complements our mission to connect providers, patients, and payers efficiently,” he said.
MRA’s CEO, David Smith, highlighted the benefits for existing clients, noting that access to Infinx’s AI-driven tools and security measures, including HITRUST certification, would enhance their service offerings.

Founded in 2012, Infinx provides AI-driven solutions for patient access and revenue cycle management across healthcare organizations. Its cloud-based platform is used by over 172,000 healthcare professionals in 4,000 facilities. The company focuses on automating administrative tasks, optimizing reimbursement, and ensuring compliance with evolving payer regulations.
MRA specializes in revenue management for hospital-based physicians, including pathologists, radiologists, and emergency room doctors. With 40 years of combined experience in medical billing, the company works with healthcare providers to navigate complex payer agreements and maximize reimbursements. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
