Nestle has onboarded, Navin Kumar, an ex-TATA Steel employee, as their new Factory Head HR. He took to LinkedIn to confirm this new movement.
A seasoned human resources manager with a track record of success in the mining and metals sector.
Having worked in human resources for more than 15 years, he is known to have played a key role in advancing Tata Steel’s talent strategy and creating an excellence-focused culture.
“After 16 incredible years with Tata Steel, I’m happy to share that I have joined Nestlé as the Factory HR Head. I’m grateful to Tata Steel for providing me with a platform to learn, grow, and evolve into the professional I am today. I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to work across multiple locations. The experiences, challenges, and opportunities I have had will always be cherished,” expressed Kumar.
