New Delhi: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will conduct its 11th Online Customer Satisfaction Survey from July 15 (Tuesday) to August 14 (Thursday), 2025, inviting feedback from commuters on various aspects of its services and facilities.
Objective of the Survey
The month-long survey aims to gather detailed feedback on commuter experiences and suggestions for improvement. With an emphasis on understanding passenger perspectives, DMRC seeks to evaluate performance and identify opportunities to enhance the quality of service.
How to Participate
Commuters who wish to take part can visit the official DMRC website. A dedicated link to the survey will be available on the homepage. The form will be accessible in both English and Hindi, allowing broader participation across its diverse user base.

The survey will collect feedback on seven key components of the Metro’s functioning:
- Availability & Accessibility
- Facilities offered to customers
- Information
- Quality of Services
- Customer Services
- Outside Metro Area
- Security, Safety & Comfort
Participants will be asked to rate these areas and offer suggestions for further enhancement.
