Kanpur, September 9 (APAC Media): Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurugram, to strengthen leadership, managerial skills and innovation.
Focus on Future-Ready Skills
The MoU was signed at ALIMCO’s headquarters in Kanpur by Sanjib Arora, General Manager (P&A), ALIMCO, and Dr Sumita Rai, Dean–Industry Connect, MDI Gurugram.
Under the partnership, ALIMCO officials will participate in customised hybrid Management Development and Certificate Programmes. The programmes will cover leadership development, senior leadership, sustainability and ESG, public sector governance, emotional intelligence, artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0.
Strengthening Industry-Academia Collaboration
The initiative aims to develop future-ready leaders and enhance institutional capabilities at ALIMCO. It is also expected to support innovation, sustainability-focused management and better understanding of emerging technologies.
The collaboration brings together ALIMCO’s operational experience and MDI Gurugram’s expertise in management education and executive development, supporting stronger organisational capabilities and institutional excellence.
