Lucknow: In a significant bureaucratic reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government has announced the transfers of three Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. According to the official notification, IAS Arvind Kumar Mishra (2018 batch) has been transferred from the role of Chief Development Officer (CDO), Farrukhabad, and posted as Additional Director in the Information Department.
The other two transfers include
- IAS Dr. Alka Verma (2016 batch), who was awaiting posting, has been appointed Director (Administration) in the Department of Medical and Health Services. In this key role, she will intensify efforts to enhance health infrastructure and rural outreach.
- IAS Vinod Kumar Goud (2020 batch), last serving as Deputy Secretary at the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC), Prayagraj, has now been appointed as Chief Development Officer, Farrukhabad. In this role, he will supervise local development projects.
This reshuffle aims to boost administrative efficiency and strengthen governance in key departments.
