Bengaluru: In a recent bureaucratic reshuffle, the Karnataka government has transferred three Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. Accordingly, IAS Thrilok Chandra KV (2007 batch) has been appointed as the Secretary of the Tourism Department.Â
He previously served as the Commissioner of the Department of School Education, Bengaluru.
The two other postings include
- IAS Sivakumar KB (2010 batch), currently the Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare Services, Bengaluru, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Managing Director of Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC).
- IAS Suralkar Vikas Kishor (2012 batch) has been posted as Commissioner of the Department of School Education, continuing his current role as the Special Commissioner (Health and Education), Greater Bengaluru Authority, as an additional charge.Â
