Chennai: Mini T. M. has taken charge as Executive Director of Indian Bank. She brings more than three decades of experience to the role.
Mini began her career in 1994 as a probationary officer with Federal Bank. In 2007, she moved to Vijaya Bank as a financial analyst. After Vijaya Bank’s merger with Bank of Baroda, she held several key roles and rose to the position of Chief General Manager in February 2025.
Mini T. M. holds a degree in agriculture and an MBA in finance. She is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and a Financial Risk Manager certified by GARP in the United States. She also completed the Strategic Leadership for Transforming Tomorrow program at IIM Ahmedabad.
During her career, she has served as zonal manager in Pune, Bangalore, and New Delhi. At the Bank of Baroda corporate office, she led major verticals, including Retail Liabilities, Mid Corporate Relationship, and PSU Business.
