Chandigarh: In a major administrative reshuffle undertaken by the Haryana government, IAS Ashok Kumar Meena has been appointed Commissioner & Secretary of the Urban Local Bodies Department while continuing in the Foreign Cooperation Department.
The state government has transferred several other officers across various departments. The list of key appointments includes:
IAS Ashima Brar, currently the Commissioner & Secretary of the Excise and Taxation and Finance, has additionally been assigned the Energy Department.
IAS Phool Chand Meena, while retaining existing responsibilities, has been given additional charge as CEO of the Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority.
IAS Saket Kumar, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, now also takes charge of Cooperation Department while retaining Development & Panchayats Department, and Haryana Power Generation Corporation Limited.
IAS A. Mona Sreenivas has been elevated from Additional Resident Commissioner to Resident Commissioner at Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi. She continues as CEO of the Sonipat Metropolitan Development Authority.
IAS J. Ganesan has been assigned to Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, in addition to Citizen Resources Information Department, Housing for All, HAIDP, and HCAPSD projects, and HARTRON.
IAS Mani Ram Sharma moves from the Energy Department to Registrar, Cooperative Societies.
IAS Mukul Kumar has been posted as Director, Urban Local Bodies; Mission Director, State Urban Livelihood Mission and State Urban Development Authority.
IAS Aditya Dahiya becomes Managing Director of Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited.
IAS Vijay Kumar Siddappa Bhavikatti has been posted as Managing Director of HAFED and Haryana International Horticultural Marketing Corporation.
IAS Sushil Sarwan, earlier Deputy Commissioner Sonipat, becomes Managing Director of Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation and Haryana Financial Corporation.
