Mumbai, April 6, (CXO Media): Ritika Chopra has been appointed as the CHRO for JSW Paints and JSW Dulux. This follows the integration of the two companies after the acquisition of Akzo Nobel India. In her new role, Ritika will drive organizational integration and strengthrn leadership capability.
She will also shape a unified culture blending the legacy strengths of Dulux with the entrepreneurial strategy of JSW. Earlier Ritika served as Head HR at JSW Paints where she was responsible for building HR capabilities.
