Raipur: Chhattisgarh Infotech Promotion Society (CHiPS) is partnering with Salesforce to deploy Mulesoft as the tech backbone for Digital Dwaar.
Digital Dwaar is Chhattisgarh’s unified API-based data exchange platform. Even as the state was scaling its digital transformation, it recognized that fragmented systems and manual data coordination were barriers to effective, responsive governance.
CHiPS adopted an API-led integration strategy with MuleSoft at its core. This established Digital Dwaar as a centralized API exchange where all state departments can publish and consume data services through a single, governed platform. Standardised integration frameworks have ensured consistency and security at scale. It has allowed CHiPS to maintain central visibility and control over all data flows.
The implementation was driven by Watsoo, a consulting partner of Salesforce. Post deployment, the departments have witnessed a significant reduction in manual data exchange processes and integration timelines. The real-time data availability has enabled faster decision-making and service fulfillment.
Digital Dwaar is today an enduring platform designed to scale with Chhattisgarh’s digital ambitions. Centralized monitoring has strengthened data security and compliance across the board.
