New Delhi, May 25: Suzlon Energy on Monday reported a 5.7% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,114 crore for the March-ended FY2025–26 period, compared with Rs 1,181 crore in the corresponding period last year.
The company reported a 44.9% surge in revenue to Rs 5,468 crore for the March-ended quarter of FY2025–26, compared with Rs 3,774 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
EBITDA rose 39.1% to Rs 964 crore from Rs 693 crore in the corresponding period last year.
“The world has entered the age of electricity, where energy security is accelerating the shift towards renewables driven by domestic energy availability. In alignment with these structural shifts, we have significantly strengthened our financial position to prepare for the next phase of growth. Our flagship S144 platform has already achieved ~9 GW of cumulative order intake, and the WTG business has delivered 55% CAGR growth over the last three years. Together, these factors position Suzlon strongly to capitalise on the large market opportunity ahead,” Girish Tanti, Vice Chairman, Suzlon Group, said.
NBCC Reports FY26 Net Profit Rises 38.8% at Rs 25,351 Crore, Beats Estimates
The company reported its highest-ever quarterly India deliveries of 830 MW, which lifted consolidated revenue to Rs 5,468 crore.
Consolidated EBITDA margin for FY26 improved by 100 basis points, driven by strong operating leverage in the wind turbine generator (WTG) segment.
Consolidated profit before tax (PBT) rose 67% to Rs 2,422 crore for FY26.
The company maintained a strong and diversified order book of around 5.9 GW, which it described as among the highest in the industry.
Net cash improved to Rs 2,384 crore as of March 2026, strengthening financial flexibility.
It added that adequate non-fund-based working capital lines remain available to support faster execution.
