New Delhi, June 23 (APAC Media): The ACC under the Central Government has approved a tenure extension for senior IAS Javvadi V. Naga Subramanyam.Â
Subramanyam is a 2009 batch IAS officer of the Assam-Meghalaya cadre.Â
He is currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE).
According to the latest order, the government has revised his overall central deputation tenure and extended it until February 15, 2027. With the extension, Subramanyam will complete a seven-year tenure on central deputation.
Subramanyam has been associated with several important renewable energy policies and initiatives aimed at accelerating India’s clean energy transition.Â
