Noida, June 2 (APAC Media): Coca-Cola Co. has said it is exploring the possibility of a public listing of Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings Pvt. Ltd (HCCH), the parent company of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd (HCCB), in 2027, according to reports.
As part of the proposed process, the beverage major is also considering the sale of a portion of its stake in HCCH. Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages is the company’s largest-owned bottling operation in India.

The company said the proposed listing would mark a significant milestone, complete the refranchising of Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings Pvt. Ltd. (HCCH) and position the business to better capitalise on opportunities in the Indian market.
“Preparations for a potential listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India are currently underway, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals,” the company added.
Established in 1997, HCCH and its operating subsidiary HCCB manage a distribution network of over 2,000 distributors, serving more than 1.7 million customers.
HCCB operates 14 bottling plants across 10 Indian states and partners with eight co-packers. The company is engaged in the preparation, packaging, distribution and sale of both sparkling and still beverages, including Coca-Cola, Thums Up, Sprite, Fanta, Limca, Maaza and Minute Maid, among other brands.
