New Delhi, August 31(APAC Media): Jio Haptik has appointed Adarsh as Enterprise Business Head, adding a new leadership layer as the company looks to expand its enterprise AI business across global markets.
Adarsh Takes Charge Of Enterprise Business
Effective August 2026, Adarsh will oversee Jio Haptik’s enterprise business, including sales, customer success, partnerships and international expansion across India, EMEA, APAC and Latin America. The appointment comes as enterprises increasingly move from testing AI tools to deploying them across business functions.
Adarsh brings nearly two decades of experience across enterprise sales, strategic accounts, business development, cloud, AI and digital transformation. Before joining Jio Haptik, he was associated with Trianz and has also worked on ventures including FluidSpace and Novum.
Focus Shifts To Larger Enterprise AI Deals
A key part of Adarsh’s mandate will be to expand existing enterprise relationships beyond individual AI projects. Jio Haptik plans to work with customers on broader use cases involving AI agents, voice AI and customer journey automation.
The company currently works with more than 500 enterprises globally, while over 100 enterprises have adopted its voice AI capabilities. Its enterprise focus spans sectors such as BFSI, retail, telecom, healthcare, consumer businesses, and travel and hospitality.
Jio Haptik Targets Measurable AI Outcomes
The leadership change also comes as businesses become more focused on the commercial impact of AI deployments. Jio Haptik said it will increasingly measure enterprise AI initiatives through outcomes such as automation, conversion, customer experience, response time, productivity and cost efficiency.
Ahshad Jussawala, CEO of Jio Haptik, said Adarsh’s experience will support the company’s efforts to deepen enterprise relationships and expand its AI business.
Adarsh has also worked across technologies including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, generative AI and enterprise cloud transformation, giving his new role a strong focus on enterprise technology adoption and go-to-market strategy.
The appointment places enterprise growth at the centre of Jio Haptik’s next phase as businesses increasingly evaluate AI not only for experimentation but also for wider deployment and measurable business results.
