New Delhi, August 31(APAC Media): Dalbir Singh Nanua has joined Allcargo Global as Head – Talent Acquisition.
The senior HR professional confirmed the move on LinkedIn, marking his latest transition after three years with Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals. Nanua will oversee talent acquisition at Allcargo Global, with his experience spanning strategic hiring, recruitment operations, shared services, people operations and employer branding.

At Allcargo Global, he will be responsible for the company’s talent acquisition function and hiring strategy. His profile also highlights experience in building talent acquisition teams, executive hiring, shared services, people operations, diversity and inclusion, and employer branding.
He joins Allcargo Global after serving as DGM HR – Talent Acquisition at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals from July 2023 to August 2026. He had earlier held talent acquisition leadership roles at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages and Holcim, where his responsibilities included pan-India recruitment, employee lifecycle management and talent acquisition transformation.
Career Across HR And Talent Acquisition
His earlier career also includes roles at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Ericsson and Capgemini. Over more than 18 years, Nanua has worked across recruitment, talent sourcing, HR operations and hiring transformation.
The appointment comes as Allcargo Global continues to build its workforce across its logistics and supply chain operations. Nanua’s hiring and HR experience will now be applied to the company’s talent acquisition function.
