New Delhi, September 1(APAC Media): ProHance has appointed Ankur Agarwal as Vice President and General Manager for ProHanceCX Sales, as the company looks to expand its workforce management business globally.
Agarwal will lead sales for ProHanceCX, the company’s product line focused on workforce management (WFM). His role will include working with ProHance’s sales organisation to grow the product’s presence among enterprise CX and workforce engagement accounts.
Agarwal joins ProHance from Verint Systems, where he spent nearly 18 years and most recently served as Sales Director. At Verint, he was responsible for strategic enterprise accounts across the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) and business process outsourcing (BPO) sectors.
According to ProHance, Agarwal has more than 19 years of experience in enterprise sales across customer experience, workforce engagement and workforce management solutions. The company said he contributed more than $50 million in net-new revenue at Verint over the last decade, including its largest deal in India.
Ankur Dhingra, CEO of ProHance, said Agarwal’s experience in CX and WFM sales would support the company’s plans for ProHanceCX. Agarwal holds a BTech in Electronics and Communication from BIET Jhansi and an MBA from IBS Hyderabad.
