Samsung Adds Galaxy S26, S26 Ultra To Renewed Lineup: What Buyers Get

Summarize with:
New Delhi, September 12(APAC Media): Samsung has added the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Ultra to its Certified Re-Newed programme in India. The move gives buyers another option to purchase the flagship phones at a lower price than new units.

Galaxy S26 Renewed Price In India

The Galaxy S26 Certified Re-Newed model starts at Rs 74,799 for the 256GB version, while the 512GB model is priced at Rs 91,799. The Galaxy S26 Ultra starts at Rs 1,18,999 for 256GB and Rs 1,35,999 for 512GB, according to current listings.

Samsung had launched the Galaxy S26 at Rs 87,999, while the Galaxy S26 Ultra started at Rs 1,39,999 in India. Samsung says Certified Re-Newed devices can be offered at up to 85 per cent of their original launch price.

What Samsung Certified Re-Newed Means

These are refurbished phones rather than brand-new devices. Samsung says each phone is inspected, cleaned, refurbished and tested before being sold. Faulty components, where required, are replaced with genuine Samsung parts.

The phones also receive a Samsung-certified battery, a complete data reset and the latest available software updates. Samsung says the devices are restored to a like-new condition, although minor cosmetic marks may still be possible.

One-Year Warranty Included

Samsung is also offering a one-year company warranty with the Certified Re-Newed Galaxy S26 series. This covers the handset and battery, while in-box accessories have separate warranty terms.

The renewed Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Ultra are available through Samsung.com and the Samsung Shop app in India. Colours, storage options, pricing and stock can vary depending on availability.

The pricing makes the renewed models more relevant for buyers who want a Galaxy S26 series phone but do not want to pay its original launch price. However, the saving varies considerably by model and storage option, so buyers should compare the current price of a new unit with the Certified Re-Newed price before purchasing.
