New Delhi: Dr Tejaswi Naik, an IAS officer of MP cadre has been appointed as the Private Secretary to the Union Agriculture Minister. He is presently serving as the Managing Director of MP Jal Nigam. Dr Tejaswi is 2009 Batch officer and has served important positions in the state of Madhya Pradesh such as Commissioner, Bhopal Municipal Corporation, DM of Barwani.
Originally from Karnataka, Dr Naik has been known as an officer who believes in the power of technology & innovation for good governance. Be it for urban transformation or district or transforming water sector through #HarGharJal, he has always championed the cause of common citizens by leveraging innovation in policy formulation and implementation.
