New Delhi: BML Munjal University signed an agreement with Zell education, a finance and accounts Ed-tech platform. The agreement was aimed at offering integrated programmes to students starting from July 2023 onwards, to complete ACCA with several exemptions to fast track the certification, a statement from the university said.
University registrar Abhay Sharma and Zell education co-founder Anant Begani signed the agreement. According to the university’s statements, the agreement will result in the upskilling of accounting and finance students by providing them access to globally recognised ACCA certification. The students pursuing BCom and BCom (Hons) from the university will now receive a certification granted by NAAC A+, and will also have the option to complete ACCA.
Dean of school of management at BML Munjal University, Jaskiran Arora said while signing the agreement: “This tie-up creates an excellent opportunity for our students to earn global credentials. Pursuing an ACCA certification with bachelor degrees will ensure the holistic development of students, thereby making them industry ready professionals as soon as they graduate.
Zell education co-founder and director, Anant Begani said: “In the world of accounting and finance, ACCA qualified professionals are always in high demand. As we join hands with BML Munjal University, students can now avail ACCA training to fast track their certification. Coupled with their traditional degrees, this would certainly equip them for a strong head start to their career”.
