New Delhi: Larsen & Toubro (L&T) recently announced that it has secured an onshore project contract from Indian Oil Adani Ventures Ltd.
Indian Oil Adani Ventures, previously known as Indian Oiltanking, specializes in providing infrastructure-led terminalling services to petroleum, petrochemical, and chemical companies.
In a filing to BSE, L&T stated, “The Hydrocarbon vertical (L&T Energy Hydrocarbon) of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has recently secured a large onshore project from Indian Oil Adani Ventures Ltd.”
The project’s scope entails engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of offsite tankages, bullets, and associated facilities on a lump sum turnkey basis.
According to L&T’s classification, contracts valued between Rs 2,500-5,000 crore are considered large orders.
IndianOil Adani Ventures Ltd is a joint venture between Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) and Adani Ports and SEZ (APSEZ).
L&T, a USD 23 billion Indian multinational, is known for its involvement in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects, as well as hi-tech manufacturing and services.
