New Delhi: The Board of Directors has approved the reappointment of Arnab Banerjee as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CEAT. This decision was based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is pending shareholder approval.
The reappointment will take effect on April 1, 2025, for a term of one year. Banerjee has been with CEAT since 2005, starting as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He has held various roles, including Chief Operating Officer since 2018, before becoming the Managing Director and CEO.
Banerjee has over 30 years of experience, having previously worked at Marico and Berger Paints. He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Certification.
