Gurugram: Sujoy Bose has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Investment Management at Everstone Group. He will assume responsibility for capital formation, transaction sourcing, fund governance, and ESG and impact initiatives in his new position. He is responsible for the management of capital-raising initiatives, the enhancement of the firm’s transaction flow across a variety of sectors, and the reinforcement of relationships with Limited Partners (LPs).
Additionally, he will work closely with business leaders and vice-chairs to promote operational excellence and expansion within Everstone Group. Before joining Everstone Group, he served as the Managing Director and CEO of India’s National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), where he oversaw the organization’s transformation into a prominent investment and infrastructure management entity within a span of seven years.
Bose served as the Chief Investment Officer of IFC Asset Management and the Global Co-Head of Infrastructure and Natural Resources at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for 23 years before joining NIIF.
