Check Point Software Acquires Cyberint to Enhance Security Operations and Expand Threat Intelligence Capabilities

New Delhi: Check Point Software Technologies has announced the acquisition of Cyberint Technologies, a provider of External Risk Management solutions.

The deal, aimed at: 

• Strengthening Check Point’s Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Expanding its managed threat intelligence services, will integrate Cyberint’s AI-driven technologies into the Check Point Infinity Platform.

Cyberint, founded in 2010, is recognized for its expertise in threat intelligence, digital risk protection, and attack surface management, serving a global clientele. The company’s solutions will improve Check Point’s ability to deliver real-time, actionable intelligence against advanced threats.

Sharon Schusheim, Chief Services Officer at Check Point, emphasized that this acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy to enhance collaborative threat prevention. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
