Bengaluru: Salesforce has introduced the Agentforce Partner Network, a global platform designed to build and integrate third-party AI agents and actions into its Agent Force system. This network, available through Salesforce’s AppExchange, allows companies to deploy specialized AI agents tailored to specific industries, business functions, or tasks.
Major partners, including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, IBM, and Workday, are contributing agent actions and pre-built templates to expand Agentforce’s functionalities. Customers can customize these agents or develop new ones using Salesforce’s Agent Builder, streamlining operations like customer service, sales, and industry-specific tasks.
This initiative aims to simplify complex workflows by allowing AI agents to navigate multiple systems and databases, enhancing automation and productivity for businesses. System integrators such as Accenture and Deloitte Digital will play a critical role in helping enterprises deploy these solutions.
By expanding its AI capabilities with trusted third-party integrations, Salesforce seeks to provide businesses with flexible, scalable tools to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency. This marks a significant step in the company’s broader goal of accelerating AI-driven transformation across industries.
