Mumbai: Genesys, a global cloud company in AI-powered solutions, has announced the appointment of Albert Nel as the Senior Vice President and Regional Sales Leader for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. In this role, Nel will oversee the company’s APAC business, including its go-to-market strategies, customer relationships, and sales team.
Nel brings more than two decades of experience in global technology with a proven track record of driving growth through his leadership, sales execution, and team enablement with a customer-focused approach. His deep knowledge of business-to-business sales for public and private sector enterprise organizations across the APAC region will support Genesys in expanding its operations globally.
Before joining Genesys, Nel served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Asia Pacific and Japan at Contentsquare. He has also held senior leadership roles at global technology brands such as OpenText, Dell EMC, and Sybase.
