Bengaluru: Angel One Ltd., a leading fintech company, has announced the appointment of Arief Mohamad as its Chief Business Officer – Direct Business. Arief, with 16 years of experience in scaling digital businesses, will focus on expanding the company’s digital footprint and enhancing client-centric innovations.
Mr. Dinesh Thakkar, Chairman & Managing Director of Angel One Ltd., expressed his excitement about Arief’s addition, emphasizing that his expertise aligns with the company’s vision of addressing the financial needs of a billion Indians.
Previously, Arief held key leadership roles at Flipkart, including Vice President and Head of Fashion, along with managing other divisions such as Mobiles and Customer Growth. He has done his PGDM in Marketing from IIM Lucknow. Arief’s background in customer engagement and creating impactful digital experiences is expected to play a critical role in making the company’s financial services more accessible for users.
