Ranchi: The government of Jharkhand has undertaken an administrative reshuffle transferring 9 IAS Officers across different departments.
As per the orders, IAS Suman Catherine Kipotta (2010 batch), previously awaiting posting, has been appointed as the Special Secretary in the Personnel, Administrative Reforms, and Rajbhasha (P&AR) Department.
Besides this, the other transferred IAS Officers include:
IAS Rahul Kumar Sinha (2011 batch) will take charge as the Director of Mines, along with the additional responsibility of Managing Director (MD) for the Jharkhand State Mineral Development Corporation Limited (JSMDC).
IAS Shashi Prakash (2011 batch), previously Director of Social Welfare, has been transferred and posted as the Special Secretary in the Revenue, Registration, and Land Reforms Department.
IAS Mrityunjay Kumar Baranwal (2013 batch) has been assigned the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS). In addition, he will also serve as the Commissioner of MGNREGA.
IAS Shashi Ranjan (2013 batch), last posted as the MD of the Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority (JADA), has been now appointed as the State Project Director of the Jharkhand Education Project Council (JEPC) (Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan). He has also been given additional duties as Director of Mid-day Meal as well as Director of the Jharkhand Council of Education Research and Training (JCERT).
IAS Kiran Kumar Pasi (2013 batch), previously serving as the Director of Animal Husbandry, has been moved to the role of Director of Social Welfare.
IAS Aditya Ranjan (2015 batch), who is presently the State Project Director of JEPC with additional charge as Director of Mid-Day Meal and Director of JCERT, has been reappointed as Director of Animal Husbandry.
IAS Garima Singh (2016 batch) has been appointed as the Joint Secretary in the Planning and Development Department.
IAS Prerna Dixit (2017 batch), previously serving as the District Development Commissioner of Hazaribagh, has been moved to the post of MD of JADA.
