Samrat Gupta Takes Over as Managing Director of Arka Fincap, Vimal Bhandari Moves to Board

New Delhi: Arka Fincap Limited has appointed Samrat Gupta as its new Managing Director, starting October 23, 2024. Gupta, who previously led Tata Motors Finance as MD & CEO, is expected to bring his expertise in growing businesses to his new role at Arka Fincap.

Vimal Bhandari, the current CEO and Executive Vice Chairman, is stepping down after six years but will continue on the board in a non-executive role. Bhandari expressed his confidence in Gupta, saying he’s well-suited to lead the company forward.

Gauri Kirloskar, a Non-Executive Director at Arka Fincap, added that Gupta’s leadership background will help strengthen the company’s position and support its long-term goals.

The leadership change marks an important transition for Arka Fincap as it looks to build on its foundations and continue its growth in the financial sector.
