Nimesh Mathur has been named the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Curefit Healthcare (cult.fit). Mathur will be in charge of all facets of human resources in this position, including performance management, capability development, talent acquisition, and cultivating a forward-thinking corporate culture.
Mathur provides a plethora of knowledge to Cultfit from his nearly two decades of varied, cross-functional experience in a variety of sectors. Most recently, he established and oversaw his own human resources consulting business. He was Jio Haptik’s Head of People & Culture before that. He previously held executive roles in revenue and customer success teams at high-growth unicorn firms like HackerRank, Pluralsight, and Branc Metrics.
“At Cultfit, where fitness and an active lifestyle are at the core, my focus will be on further strengthening our people-centric frameworks that drive performance, foster innovation, and support employee well-being. Joining the company at such an exciting growth phase gives me the unique opportunity to develop a talent strategy that aligns with the company’s rapid expansion,” said Mathur.
He is adamant that creating an inclusive, purpose-driven environment where staff members feel a sense of belonging to the organisation’s goal and values is the key to luring and keeping top talent.
The modern workforce looks for a deep connection between their professional positions and their ideals.
“As leaders, it’s our responsibility to cultivate an environment where individuals feel genuinely appreciated, engaged, and empowered to thrive throughout their career journey.”
