Chandigarh: In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the government of Haryana has transferred 11 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officers. According to the official notification, IAS Sudhir Rajpal (1990 batch) has been appointed as the Additional Chief Secretary of the Women and Child Development Department, in addition to discharging his current responsibilities as the Additional Chief Secretary of Health.
