Narasimhan SL Assumes Charge as CHRO at Acuity Knowledge Partners

Bengaluru: Acuity Knowledge Partners (Acuity) has announced the appointment of Narasimhan SL as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In this capacity, Narasimhan will be a member of Acuity’s Executive Committee and will oversee Human Resources, Training & Knowledge Management (TKM), Corporate Services, and Compliance teams. His role will focus on shaping and executing a forward-looking people and talent strategy, supporting the company’s rapid growth, increasing headcount, and strategic priorities such as organic expansion, M&A, AI adoption, and professionalizing business operations.

With 25 years of experience in HR leadership, Narasimhan has held key global roles in renowned organizations. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at State Street, where he led recruitment strategies from Singapore, driving talent acquisition across multiple regions. Before this, he served as Head of HR for State Street’s global hubs in India, Poland, and China, managing a workforce of 25,000 employees. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement, streamlining operations, and implementing large-scale HR transformation initiatives.
