Sandhydeep Purri has been named Chief People Officer of Westlife Foodworld Ltd. (previously Westlife Development Ltd.), the company that owns and runs McDonald’s restaurants in West and South India.
She will be in charge of all HR-related tasks at Westlife Foodworld in this capacity, with an emphasis on improving HR governance, streamlining strategic HR procedures, and advancing HR technology integration.
Her leadership will be essential in establishing a high-performance culture and coordinating HR activities with Westlife Foodworld’s commercial goals. She will work closely with the leadership team to prepare the company for the future and report to the managing director, Saurabh Kalra.
Sandhydeep was the Chief People Officer at the Unacademy Group before to joining Westlife Foodworld. She has worked for prestigious organisations like Aditya Birla Retail, and Deloitte, among others.
