IFF has onboarded Raj Karunakaran As its new Head HR. Karunakaran took to LinkedIn to confirm of its new move.

Further he said, “In this role, I’ll be leading an incredibly talented HR team, working alongside our business leaders to shape people-centric strategies that support the growth of our business groups (Taste, Scent, Health & Biosciences, Food Ingredients) in Indian Subcontinent, and our largest Global Business Services Center in Hyderabad. My endeavor will be on fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, growth, ensuring an exceptional employee experience while contributing to IFF’s growth plans and continued success.
