New Delhi, August 24(APAC Media): Infinx has appointed Debashish Ghosh as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for India and the Philippines, adding a new senior HR leader as the healthcare revenue cycle management company expands its operations.
Ghosh announced the move on LinkedIn, saying he has joined Infinx to lead its HR function across the two markets. He will work on people strategy and workforce priorities for India and the Philippines, which are important delivery locations for the company.

The appointment comes as Infinx continues to build its workforce around healthcare revenue cycle management, technology and automation. Ghosh said the company has more than 10,000 employees globally and works with more than 900 healthcare provider organisations in the US.
Infinx provides technology-led patient access and revenue cycle solutions to hospitals, health systems and physician groups. Its services include medical billing, coding, denial management and other revenue cycle functions, with the company also using AI and automation in its operations.
Debashish Ghosh Joins Infinx
Ghosh brings more than two decades of experience in human resources and business leadership. Before joining Infinx, he held senior HR roles at organisations including Berkadia and Genpact and founded TalBha, a professional training and coaching firm.
His new role will put him in charge of HR priorities across two markets that support Infinx’s global operations. The focus is expected to include workforce planning, talent management, leadership development and building HR processes that can support the company’s expansion.
The appointment also comes as healthcare RCM companies increasingly combine large delivery teams with AI and automation. Infinx describes its model as a combination of AI-powered solutions, outsourced operations and specialised RCM expertise.
For Infinx, the leadership change puts its India and Philippines workforce under a single senior HR mandate as the company continues to expand its healthcare technology and RCM operations.
