Patna, August 24 (APAC Media): The Bihar Government has launched ‘Vidya Sahi’, a 24×7 interactive learning support programme across 700 model schools in all 38 districts, aimed at providing academic assistance to nearly 3 lakh students.
The programme will support students of Classes 9 and 10, along with those studying science in Classes 11 and 12.
Students will have access to live tutor support and digital study materials to help with Bihar Board examinations as well as competitive exams such as JEE and NEET.
The initiative was announced by Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on his official X account. The programme is designed to ensure that students can seek academic guidance whenever they need it, regardless of their location or study schedule.
Through the interactive platform, students will be able to connect with tutors and access digital resources for their examination preparation.
The programme is expected to provide additional academic support to students in government and model schools beyond regular classroom teaching.
The announcement came during a review meeting with the Education Department at the ‘Sankalp’ auditorium at Lok Sevak Awas on Thursday.
During the meeting, Choudhary directed officials to ensure effective management of state-run model schools, along with regular monitoring of academic systems, teacher availability, student attendance and teaching quality.
