Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini launched the chatbot as part of Haryana’s push toward digital governance. ‘Sarathi’ is designed to process and retrieve information from a database of over 17,820 official documents spanning 73,622 scanned PDF pages. The repository includes government orders, acts, policies, and circulars.
Unlike traditional bureaucratic processes that require manual searches through official websites, the chatbot provides instant access to relevant documents. The initiative aligns with the state’s broader strategy to integrate artificial intelligence into governance.
