New Delhi:Â In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of 18 senior IAS officers to Secretary and other equivalent-level positions across various ministries and departments. As per the official notification, IAS Arvind Shrivastava (1994 batch), belonging to the Karnataka cadre, has been appointed Secretary, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance.

IAS K. Moses Chalai (1990 batch), belonging to the Manipur cadre, has been appointed Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Finance.
IAS Meeta R. Lochan (1990 batch), belonging to the Maharashtra cadre, has been appointed Secretary, National Commission for Backward Classes, replacing IFoS A. Neeraja (1990 batch), who superannuates on May 31, 2025.
IAS Manoj Govil (1991 batch), belonging to the Madhya Pradesh cadre, has been appointed Secretary (Coordination), Cabinet Secretariat, replacing IAS Vandana Gurnani ( 1991 batch, Karnataka cadre), now Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Employment.
IAS Rajit Punhani (1991 batch), belonging to the Bihar cadre, has been appointed Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, succeeding IAS Atul Kumar Tiwari (1990 batch).
IAS Ashish Srivastava (1992 batch), belonging to the Madhya Pradesh cadre, has been promoted as Secretary, Inter-State Council Secretariat, Ministry of Home Affairs.
IAS Vumlunmang Vualnam (1992 batch), belonging to the Manipur cadre, has been appointed Secretary, Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance.
IAS Nikunja Bihari Dhal (1993 batch), belonging to the Odisha cadre, has been appointed Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.
IAS Pallavi Jain Govil (1994 batch), belonging to the Madhya Pradesh cadre, has been appointed Secretary, Department of Youth Affairs.
IAS Nidhi Chhibber (1994 batch), belonging to the Chhattisgarh cadre, has been appointed Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries.
IAS Vivek Aggarwal (1994 batch), belonging to the Madhya Pradesh cadre, has been appointed Secretary, Ministry of Culture.
IAS Santosh Kumar Sarangi (1994 batch), belonging to the Odisha cadre, has been appointed Secretary, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy.
IAS Rajesh Agarwal (1994 batch), belonging to the Manipur cadre, has been appointed Secretary, Department of Commerce, succeeding Sunil Barthwal.
IAS Anuradha Thakur (1994 batch), belonging to the Himachal Pradesh cadre, has been appointed Officer on Special Duty (OSD), Department of Economic Affairs, to take over from IAS Ajay Seth (1987 batch).
IAS Rakesh Kumar Verma (1993 batch), belonging to the Punjab cadre, has been appointed Director General, India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management.
IAS Hari Ranjan Rao (1994 batch), belonging to the Madhya Pradesh cadre, has been appointed Secretary, Department of Sports, replacing IAS Sujata Chaturvedi (1989 batch, Bihar cadre).
