New Delhi: C3iHub, the Technology Innovation hub at IIT Kanpur, on Startup Demo Day 2025, has unveiled five pioneering products developed by its incubated startups, reinforcing its mission to accelerate India’s technological self-reliance.
Among the highlights, Aerosys Aviation India Pvt. Ltd. introduced the Eliminator Kamikaze Drone, capable of autonomous precision strikes even in GPS-denied environments, while Maraal Aerospace launched TEJASVAAN, a solar-powered high-altitude unmanned aircraft with 12-hour endurance for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions.
In blockchain, SecureDApp rolled out SecureTrace, a forensic tool for tracking illicit transactions using automated investigation modules. xIoTz presented its Regulatory Compliance and Standards (RCS) framework with pre-built packs aligned to global security mandates and Saptang Labs launched BlackFence, a large-scale cyber threat intelligence platform aimed at countering fraud, phishing, impersonation, and brand abuse.
The product launches were complemented by panel discussions such as Mission Rakshak: Cybersecurity Startups for Bharat Defence and Unlocking Synergies for Greater Impact, which explored challenges and opportunities in India’s evolving startup ecosystem. A live pitch session also saw eight ventures present their solutions before investors.
Prof. Manindra Agrawal, Director of IIT Kanpur, said the innovations validate C3iHub’s objective to nurture indigenous solutions. “As cyber-attacks grow multifold every year, we need affordable yet robust technologies that eliminate external vulnerabilities,” he noted, adding that over 50 startups are currently being incubated at the hub.
