Lucknow: In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government has transferred 21 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, assigning them to key departments and administrative roles. A key appointment in the reshuffle is that of IAS Akhand Pratap Singh, who has been elevated from Special Secretary, Election Department, to Secretary and Additional Chief Electoral Officer.
