Jammu & Kashmir Govt Orders Major IAS Transfers; IAS Nazim Zai Khan Made Director, Food, Civil Supplies, & Consumer Affairs

Jammu, March 31 (APAC Media): The Jammu & Kashmir Administration has issued a fresh order announcing a series of transfers and postings of five IAS officers. As per the official order, IAS Nazim Zai Khan (2013 batch) has been posted as Director, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Kashmir.Before this appointment, he served as the Mission Director of the Mission Vatsalya/Shakti (ICPS).

Other IAS transfers include the following officers

• IAS Sagar Doifode Dattatray (2014 batch) has been transferred from the post of Director, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, and posted as Special Secretary, Agriculture Production Department. He has also been assigned additional charge of Mission Director, Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP), and Jammu & Kashmir Competitiveness Improvement Project (JKCIP).

• IAS Shreya Singhal (2020 batch), currently Managing Director, J&K Tourism Development Corporation, has been given additional charge of Director, Information, J&K. She will continue to hold additional charge of CEO, JK ERA.

• IAS Mahima Madan (2021 batch), currently Additional Secretary, Information Technology Departmentm has been relieved of additional charge as Additional Secretary, Resident Commission, New Delhi. She will continues to hold charge as CEO, JaKeGA.

• IAS Amit Gupta (2023 batch), awaiting posting, has been posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Pahalgam, replacing Qaiser Mehmood (JKAS), who awaits further posting orders.

The reshuffle reflects the administration’s continued efforts to streamline governance, strengthen departmental leadership, and ensure effective implementation of key programmes across Jammu & Kashmir.
